General Information

Our wedding packages include:

  • Tables and chairs
  • Elegant white linens (other colour selections available subject to availability)
  • China, glassware and flatware
  • Dance floor
  • Podium
  • Cake table, gift table, guest book table and head table
  • Scalloping and skirting of these accent tables (depending on requirements there may be charges associated)
  • Free cake-cutting provided with purchase of Late Night Service.

Reservations

A minimum of $1,000 deposit is required to confirm your reception reservation.We regret that the deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is required 21 days prior to the event. Final guest count must be provided no later than 7 days prior to the event.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be provided to Marconi Centre in writing by the party who made the reservation.

In the event of cancellation of six months or more, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the regular meeting room rental will be charged.

In the event of cancellation between two and six months prior to the function date, a cancellation fee equal to the full value of the regular meeting room will be charged.

In the event of cancellation between four and eight weeks prior to the function date, a cancellation fee equal to the full value of the regular meeting room rental and 50% of the estimated value of the food will be charged.

In the event of cancellation 30 days prior to the function date, a cancellation fee equal to the full value of the regular meeting room rental and 100% of the estimated value of food will be charged.

Miscellaneous

  • A charge of $75.00 is applied for confetti clean up.
  • You can provide the wine, the corkage fee is $10.00 per bottle and you would need to obtain a special occasion's permit (LCBO).
  • Self Coat Check is available however Coat Check Services can be made available at $2.00 per person.
  • All Bar and liquor dispensing services to be closed no later than 1:00 a.m.
  • All liquor consumption and entertainment to be terminated no later than 1:30 a.m.
  • Additional Room rentals are available (quotations upon request).
  • Hall surcharges apply to groups less than 150 guests as follows:
    • 100-149 guests - $500 surcharge
    • under 100 - $750 surcharges
